Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

I only rated this location 3 stars because more times than not, they are understaffed with lines out the door, and they are out of food. The workers usually don't know what to do with coupons from their own receipts and one even argued with my husband about it. When they are busy, the tables stay dirty - otherwise this location stays pretty tidy. I like their food and the selection, it's just frustrating when they're always out of different items and you end up waiting a long time for things to be made. Oh and to-go and online orders seem to be another thorn in the panda's side, they are constantly backed up which backs up the regular line. They have several 'wok smart' items that are supposed to be healthier options. I enjoy the String Bean Chicken. The chicken egg roll is also really good, but not so good for you.

Panda Express is one of my favorites :) the reason I gave only 3 stars is because I was incredibly disappointed to find out that the Panda's in my area no longer carry my 2 favorite entrees :-/ those being the crispy shrimp and the mandarin chicken. I kno I'm strange that I don't like orange chicken. I kno, I kno...I'm not the norm. I kind of like "American-ized Asian food" lol I tried their replacement to the mandarin chicken and was underwhelmed. It seemed to be a bit dry and didn't have much flavor unless u drowned it in the optional mandarin sauce. Totally. Underwhelmed. So, after asking why they replaced it I was told this is better quality chicken. Hmmm, I'll took lower quality with good texture and yummy flavor, please! Lol u get my point. If the replacement isn't good, then... Anywhoo, after being told that this area is no longer carrying my super-fave of the crispy shrimp I chose something that was called something surf and turf. It was pretty good and I would order it again. :) as always, their fried rice was awesome. The one constant is that Panda seems to be clean, fresh, made thru out the day and of good quality. Well worth the $8-10 u will pay for a 2 entree combo with rice or chow mein and a medium drink. -side note- their drinks r not ur average sizes. The medium is the equivalent of most fast food chains large.
